Fundamental Academy was founded by James Alvetro, framework designer and lead facilitator. Peter Nicholas, Alan Gaskin and Nick McCormick are part of the developing facilitator circle.
The role of the facilitator is to create the conditions for participants to do their best thinking — not to become the centre of the room.
